A Spine-Chilling Night of 4 World Premiere Micro-Operas

Something spooky this way comes! Ted & Togo Productions is excited to launch its inaugural performance with "Dreams, Queens & Everything in Between", a haunting night of world premieres featuring four brand-new micro-operas. Taking place on October 12th and 13th at the historic Harvard-Epworth United Methodist Church, this event is set to delight audiences with a mix of eerie melodies and spellbinding performances. Inspired by the tales of Edgar Allan Poe, experience a thrilling feminist lens on his poetry and short stories come to life.

​​This special production brings together some of the brightest emerging talents in classical music. Ted & Togo Productions, a new company committed to uplifting fresh voices and young artists, has partnered with the Gaia Quartet, acclaimed conductor Kyle Wendling, and talented flutist  DeShaun Gordon-King to present these four world-premiere operas. Each micro-opera will transport the audience into a thrilling, spooky world, perfect for the Halloween season.

“Dreams, Queens & Everything in Between is not only a celebration of new music but also of storytelling that pushes boundaries and speaks to the diverse experiences of our generation,” said Shambhavi Mishra, co-founder of Ted & Togo Productions.

In addition to the evening’s performances, Ted & Togo Productions is dedicated to making a social impact. The company will be donating a third of all ticket sales to the Women's Lunch Place of Boston, a nonprofit organization supporting women facing homelessness, hunger, and poverty.
